"Hiring: Marketing GeneralistLocation: Pune (Work from Office) Experience: 6–18 Months Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred Frido is looking for Marketing Generalist (Junior role) We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Generalist to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance marketing, experiential marketing, and offline events, along with a data-driven mindset to support paid marketing and lead-generation initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves bringing marketing ideas to life — from offline events to paid media campaigns. What You’ll Do:- Support paid marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) by managing creative requirements and performance tracking.- Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives — exhibitions, events & partnerships.- Assist in data building, lead generation, and audience segmentation.- Manage on-ground marketing collaterals, sampling, and visual merchandising.- Track and report KPIs across offline and online initiatives.- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, design, and growth teams to ensure campaign alignment.- Contribute fresh, creative ideas for engagement and brand storytelling. What We’re Looking For:- 6 to 18 months of experience in performance marketing, offline/experiential marketing, or campaign management.- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.- Working knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads (Mandatory)- Strong with Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.- Great communication skills and a bias for action.- Experience in international marketing or cross-border campaigns is a plus.- A creative thinker with a go-getter attitude. share your resume at saurabh.k@myfrido.com with subject line \"Marketing Generalist\" along with current and expected CTC."
