About the Role
"We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Executive (4–5 years) to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in handling high-budget campaigns, and the ability to improve ROI and lead quality.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Manage daily budget allocation, targeting, and bidding strategies
Perform A/B testing across creatives, audiences & landing pages
Track key metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS, Conversions) and optimize for performance
Analyze campaign data to create weekly and monthly reports
Collaborate with content & design teams for ad creatives.
Manage remarketing campaigns & funnel optimization.
Improve lead quality and reduce overall campaign costs.
Monitor competitor ads and market trends.
Qualification
Any Bachelor’s Degree (Any stream)
salary
Salary Range: ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
Skills
4–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics.
Hands-on experience with GA4, Tag Manager, Pixel, UTM setup.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience handling high-budget campaigns.
Good communication & teamwork skills."

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is INR420k – 600k.
