We focus on strong design depth, quality fabrics, and impeccable stitching, selling across marketplaces and D2C, and are now doubling down on performance marketing to scale profitably across India and international markets.If you live inside Ads Manager dashboards, think in ROAS and CAC, and enjoy squeezing extra performance out of every rupee spent, you’ll fit right in.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer who can own our paid media across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads and other channels. Your core job: drive profitable revenue – not just clicks and traffic.You will plan, execute, optimize, and scale campaigns for BulBul’s D2C website and marketplaces, working closely with the founders, creative team, and product team.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize high-ROI performance campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and other relevant digital channels.Own and improve key performance metrics – ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, Conversion Rate, MER, cost per purchase/lead.Build and execute full-funnel strategies (awareness → consideration → retargeting → retention) for both new and existing audiences.Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns for D2C website sales, lead generation, and marketplace performance (especially Amazon).Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copies, offers, audiences, placements, bidding strategies, and landing pages.Work with the creative/content team to brief and refine ad creatives based on performance insights and audience behavior.Continuously refine audience segmentation (interests, behaviors, lookalikes, custom lists, remarketing pools) to reduce wastage and scale winners.Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and pacing; make real-time tweaks to avoid overspend/underspend and hit monthly targets.Set up, manage, and troubleshoot tracking & attribution: Meta Pixel, Google Tag, GA4, conversion APIs, events, UTM parameters, custom conversions.Analyze performance using GA4, ad platform dashboards, and internal reports; convert data into clear action plans.Work with the website/product team to improve conversion rate (CRO) – landing page content, layout, load speed, funnel drop-offs, checkout.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, learnings, and next steps for management.Maintain a clear testing roadmap – define hypotheses, test design, sample size, timelines, and success metrics.Identify and experiment with new channels and tactics (affiliates, influencer whitelisting, native ads, etc.) to scale growth profitably.Stay updated with platform policy changes, new features, and best practices, and apply them proactively.Collaborate with sales, branding, and inventory teams to ensure campaigns align with stock availability, launches, seasonality, and margin goals.What We’re Looking For2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (actual campaign execution & optimization, not just coordination).Strong working knowledge of:Meta Ads ManagerGoogle Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display)Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).Solid understanding of D2C funnels, e-commerce metrics, and attribution.Comfortable working daily inside GA4, ad dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets to track and analyze performance.Strong grip on numbers – you should be able to explain ROAS, CAC, LTV, payback period, break-even point clearly.Experience with pixels, tags, events, UTMs, and basic troubleshooting for tracking issues.Ability to work in a fast-moving environment where testing, failing fast, and iterating is the norm.Clear communication – you can explain what’s working, what’s not, and what you’ll do next in simple language.Added Advantage (Big Plus)Prior experience in Women’s Ethnic Wear / Women’s Fashion / Apparel category.Hands-on experience scaling Amazon Ads for fashion/e-commerce brands.Experience with other marketplaces (Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Ajio, etc.) and their ad ecosystems.Basic understanding of CRO tools, landing page builders, or heatmap tools (e.g., Hotjar, Clarity).What You’ll GetDirect exposure to founder-led decision making and a chance to shape BulBul’s growth engine.Freedom to test, experiment, and build your own performance playbook, as long as it’s backed by numbers.A performance-linked structure where results are noticed and rewarded.
