Key Responsibilities:Identify and collaborate with influencers across macro, micro, and nano categories.Plan, execute, and manage monthly influencer campaigns.Create detailed campaign briefs, negotiate deliverables, and ensure timely execution.Track campaign performance including reach, engagement, and sales metrics.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign operations.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing with established connects with influencers.Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and digital trends.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Data-driven mindset with strong creative thinking.Nice to Have:Experience in healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle brands.Existing network of influencers.Basic video editing and content ideation skills.Managed 4-5Lakh/m of influencer marketing budget with a strong ROI delivery.
