About the Role

Experience: 6+ Years in PR / influencer / comms experience, preferably in beauty or lifestyle.
Reporting To: Co Founder & Chief Marketing Officer
Team Size Handling: 6-8 team members
Lead the brand’s PR, influencer, and community ecosystem to drive strong brand recall, earned visibility, and high-ROI creator campaigns. Manage a 6-member team, oversee budgets, and deliver high-impact events and partnerships that grow brand love and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute PR, influencer, and communications strategies aligned with brand goals.Lead a team across PR, influencers, events, and community.Manage monthly/quarterly budgets for PR, creator, and event initiatives.Drive creator campaigns — nano to macro — with a focus on cost efficiency, content quality, and measurable ROI.Build strong media, creator, affiliate, and industry relationships.Plan and execute high-impact brand events, creator days, masterclasses, and frugal community activations.Deliver steady earned media through press features, reviews, and brand stories.Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize for engagement, reach, and conversion.Develop press releases, media kits, and brand communication material.Stay updated on beauty, creator, and culture trends to keep the brand relevant and differentiated.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field.5–8 years of PR / influencer / comms experience, preferably in beauty or lifestyle.Experience managing teams and handling budgets.Strong storytelling, relationship-building, negotiation, and execution skills.
Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns and PR visibility.
