It’s a force-multiplier seat. As part of the Founders’ Office, you operate across business lines—solving problems, driving high-priority initiatives, and shaping the systems that will define Nuuk as we scale from a breakout D2C brand to a category-defining company. You will work directly with the founders on projects that range from:High-level Strategy: growth, product strategy, pricing, capital allocation, org designCross-Functional Initiatives: product launches, ops excellence, CX design, brand experimentsExecution Ownership: taking ideas from 0 → 1 and scaling them 1 → 10 No two weeks will look the same. You’ll move between analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution—much like consulting, except here you get to see your impact hit the market fast.
