Role Summary
Responsible for overall store performance and profitabilityEnsure exceptional customer experience and brand representationLead the store team to achieve sales, operations, and service excellence
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targetsMonitor KPIs: ATV, UPT, Conversion %, Bill ValueDrive upselling, cross-selling, and customer engagementEnsure high-quality customer service at all timesHandle escalated customer concerns and resolve issuesBuild customer loyalty and repeat businessConduct performance reviews and team meetingsMaintain a productive and motivated team environmentOversee daily store operations and SOP adherenceManage cash handling, billing, and daily reconciliationMaintain compliance with audit and security guidelinesMaintain attractive and organised product displaysPrepare daily/weekly/monthly business reports
Qualification & ExperienceGraduate; MBA preferred4–7 years of retail experience, including 2+ years in a Store Manager roleExperience in premium/luxury retail preferredWillingness to work in mall/store shift timings, weekends & holidays"
