The ideal candidate will have experience managing 2,500+ orders, ensuring timely delivery resolution, and improving the overall order fulfillment process by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:Manage and resolve Non-Delivery Reports (NDR) for orders processed through Shopify and Unicommerce.Handle and track over 2,500 orders, ensuring efficient resolutions for undelivered orders.Collaborate with logistics, delivery partners, and customer service teams to resolve order issues and prevent future delays.Maintain detailed records of NDR cases, ensuring proper documentation of all resolutions.Communicate with customers to provide updates and solutions for undelivered orders, ensuring a positive experience.Analyze NDR data to identify patterns, suggest process improvements, and minimize future non-delivery issues.Ensure compliance with company standards and policies related to order handling and NDR management. Qualifications:Proven experience in e-commerce NDR management, with hands-on knowledge of Shopify and Unicommerce platforms.Experience handling 2,500+ orders and managing NDR resolutions efficiently.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and addressing delivery issues.Excellent communication skills for coordination with internal teams and customer support.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills:Experience in logistics coordination and a deep understanding of the NDR resolution process.Analytical mindset to track trends in NDR data and offer actionable insights for process improvement.
