"Role: Ecommerce Executive — ShopifyCompensation: ₹20,000–25,000 / month (CTC)Location: Gurugram (Sector 27) | Timing: Mon–Sat, 9 AM–6 PM, 2nd Sat off What you’ll doCatalog & Listings: Create/optimize product pages (titles, images, variants, tags, SEO), manage collections, and ensure GST/HSN accuracy.Inventory & OMS: Sync stock via Unicommerce, prevent OOS, coordinate GRN updates, and manage bundles.Orders & Returns: Daily order QC, packing SLAs, RTO/returns coordination via ClickPost/Shiprocket; raise tickets with couriers when needed.Promotions: Set up coupons, price rules, offers; schedule homepage/collection banners (work with design team).Feeds & Integrations: Maintain Meta/Google product feeds, resolve disapprovals, ensure pixel & conversions API sanity.Store Hygiene: Check speed/apps, broken links, 404s, search redirects; maintain navigation and filters.Reporting: Daily/weekly trackers for sales, CR, AOV, OOS %, RTO %, top SKUs; basic GA4 & Shopify analytics; Excel/Sheets dashboards.Customer Ops Support: Assist with replacement/size exchanges; coordinate with support team (Ozonetel/WhatsApp). Must-have skills1–2 years in Ecommerce (Shopify-first role preferred).Hands-on with Shopify Admin, Unicommerce, Shiprocket/ClickPost, Google Sheets/Excel, GA4.Basic on-page SEO (meta titles, alt text), image handling, CSV bulk uploads.Strong ownership, speed, and accuracy.
