The Founders Office Role As a Founder’s Office Analyst, you sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution. Your job is to help us see around corners—by turning raw data into insights, insights into decisions, and decisions into action. This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, numbers, and problem solving, but also wants the thrill of building at a fast-growing consumer brand. Expect to work directly with the founders and cross-functional teams on projects such as: 1. Data Analysis & Insights GenerationDeep-dive into sales data, marketing spend, CAC/ROAS performance, and customer funnelsExtract insights on revenue potential, new opportunities, customer behavior, and product performanceConduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform product and growth strategiesAnalyze customer interactions, reviews, and feedback to derive product and CX insights2. Reporting, Dashboards & VisualizationsBuild dashboards that help us track business health in real timeSet up automated reports for sales, operations, marketing, and productCreate structured, visually crisp insights decks for internal and leadership reviews3. Automation & AI IntegrationIdentify processes that can be streamlined or automatedImplement AI tools and workflows (analytics, operations, customer service, etc.)Help set up and manage internal automation systems (n8n/Make.com/Zapier, internal bots, etc.) 4. Strategic & Cross-Functional ProjectsWork on priority initiatives across:Pricing & revenue analyticsChannel and marketplace strategyProduct performance diagnosticsInventory & demand analyticsGo-to-market analysis for new productsYou’ll operate in an environment where every insight directly influences decisions. This is front-row access to how a high-growth consumer brand is built—from early-stage pace to scalable maturity.
