"JOB SUMMARYThe Intern plays a crucial role in supporting commercial in executing strategic initiatives, research and identifying opportunities, generating actionable insights, and working on various aspects of marketing that contribute to expanding and accelerating growth in India.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSAssist with planning and execution of local marketing events, workshops, and user group meetings.Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, key industry influencers and scientific communities.Create targeted marketing materials and presentations for field marketing activities.Coordinate logistics and travel arrangements for field marketing events, demo trials with relevant stakeholders.Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) data – SalesForce.com.Support field sales team with customer outreach and lead generation activities.Participate in industry conferences and trade shows to promote our products and services.Involve or lead projects and assignments as part of the professional development opportunity.
QUALIFICATIONSEducation, Training & ExperienceCurrently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in marketing, biology, life sciences, chemical engineering or related field.A strong understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry or scientific research is a plus.
