Role Overview:We’re looking for a passionate Marketing Associate to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in executing digital marketing campaigns, managing collaborations, and supporting brand-building activities across online and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email channels.Strategise and create remarketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) to re-engage prospective customers.Execute, strategise, and coordinate brand partnerships and collaborations to increase brand reach and visibility.Writing and strategising blog content (including SEO considerations) to drive organic traffic and thought leadership.Develop and write strategic LinkedIn posts and other professional platform content to enhance brand credibility.Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships.Work closely with design and content teams to create engaging marketing materials.Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics.Support e-commerce marketing activities (Amazon, Flipkart, brand website, etc.).Assist in offline marketing events, PR initiatives, and collaborations.Stay updated on marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, or content coordination.Proven writing ability for business-related content (blogs, professional posts).Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus.Creative thinker with good analytical and organizational skills.
