About the RoleWe are looking for a Marketing Automation & CRO Manager to improve our end-to-end customer journey, increase website conversion rates, and build automated lifecycle flows across Email, WhatsApp, Push and more. This role is responsible for driving repeat purchases, reducing funnel drop-offs, and improving overall revenue efficiency for our D2C ecosystem.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn marketing automation across Email, WhatsApp, Push & SMSBuild high-performing flows, for Brand Discovery, Pre-purchase, Post-purchase, win-back, Referral Segment users based on behaviour, RFM, purchase history & lifecycle stageAnalyse user behaviour using GA4, Hotjar, Clarity & funnel reportsDrive CRO initiatives across homepage, landing pages, PDPs & checkoutRun A/B tests to improve conversion, engagement & revenue metricsImprove add-to-cart rate, checkout completion & repeat order rateCollaborate with design, product & tech for UX/UI improvementsBuild dashboards for automation, funnel & retention metricsOptimise automation performance: open rates, CTR, conversions & retentionRequirements2-3 years experience in Marketing Automation, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing or CROHands-on experience with WebEngage/MoEngage/Klaviyo/HubSpotStrong understanding of GA4, funnels, attribution & segmentationExperience with CRO tools (Hotjar, Clarity, VWO, etc.)Ability to plan and run A/B tests and interpret resultsGood understanding of eCommerce/D2C customer behaviourStrong analytical and communication skillsGood to HaveD2C or eCommerce growth experienceKnowledge of RFM, cohort analysis & retention modelsFamiliarity with product recommendation tools or loyalty systemsSuccess IndicatorsImproved website conversion rateHigher repeat purchase rate & AOVBetter performance across automation flows Reduced drop-offs across funnel stages
