This exciting opportunity will support our Director of Brand and Creative in ensuring all departments have assets that represent the brand to a t, evoke emotion, and move their intended audiences into action. If you’re a graphic designer who has an expert level knowledge of adobe, experience in CPG marketing and associated collateral (packaging design, renders, shelf-displays, retail assets, shopper marketing assets, etc) an excellent creative eye, is adaptable to various brand styles, has a strong attention to detail, is able to execute at a fast pace, enjoys taking initiative, thrives in a collaborative environment and loves delivering exciting visual experiences, this job is for you.The ability to quickly understand and embed brand visual identity, graphic systems, and distinctive assets into all of the work is a must! Responsibilities and Duties: As the senior graphic designer, you’ll be responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, and on-strategy creative graphics for website, email marketing, packaging materials, PR initiatives, social media, digital ads, sales decks, mockups, retail deliverables and more, as well as the curation, organization and delivery of current graphic assets. You’ll also manage a small team of junior designers, lead project management and ensure that all design team deliverables are met and up to brand standards.
