We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented D2C E-Commerce Specialist to drive the online growth of our beauty and personal care portfolio. This role is responsible for optimizing the customer journey across our D2C platform — from engaging product pages and compelling merchandising to loyalty program execution and email marketing. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and deeply attuned to beauty consumers’ needs, with a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and Shopify platform management.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Merchandising
Manage and update product detail pages (PDPs), homepage banners, and collection pages to ensure accurate, engaging, and brand-consistent content.Partner with design and brand teams to execute new product launches (NPDs) and seasonal campaigns.Monitor site performance, conversion metrics, and customer behavior to recommend enhancements for the online shopping experience.
Loyalty Program Management
Support the execution and optimization of the D2C loyalty program to drive retention and customer lifetime value.Analyze customer data to identify engagement opportunities and implement targeted rewards or promotions.
Email & CRM Marketing
Plan, coordinate, and deploy email blasts and automated campaigns aligned with launches, promotions, and brand storytelling.Collaborate with CRM, creative, and marketing teams to ensure high engagement and deliverability.Track campaign performance and contribute insights to improve future communication strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with brand, marketing, supply chain, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce activities.Contribute to project timelines, ensuring all digital initiatives align with business priorities and brand standards.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2–3 years of e-commerce experience, preferably managing Shopify D2C stores.Strong understanding of merchandising, digital marketing, and customer experience.Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.
Preferred
Experience in the beauty or personal care industry with a strong consumer insight orientation.Background or certification in marketing, digital strategy, or CRM.Familiarity with loyalty program platforms, email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp), and basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics).

The anticipated compensation range is
21.50 - 39.75 USD Hourly
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
