Position Summary:The role oversees product assortments, site merchandising, and retail strategy across company-owned brands. Leveraging prior buying experience, this position forecasts trends, analyzes performance, and curates collections that drive sales while aligning with brand identity. The role also collaborates closely with design, marketing, and production teams to deliver a cohesive product presentation and seamless customer experience across all retail channels.
What you will do ?
Digital Merchandising & AssortmentManage product assortment and presentation across all brand websites.Build seasonal collections aligned with launches, campaigns, and trends.Maintain a launch calendar for new arrivals, restocks, and markdowns.
Site Management & Product PresentationOversee product uploads, ensuring accurate pricing, descriptions, and imagery.Curate product layouts and navigation to improve browsing and conversion.Regularly audit listings to keep sites clean and up-to-date.
Launch & Campaign CoordinationPartner with marketing to align product launches, sales, and promotions.Ensure timely uploads and tagging of new arrivals with campaign visuals.Support campaigns by linking products across email, social, and paid media.
Sales & Performance AnalysisReview sales by brand, category, and SKU to identify bestsellers and slow movers.Provide recommendations on restocks, markdowns, and merchandising shifts.Use customer engagement metrics to guide product strategy.
Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with design, production, marketing, and operations teams.Communicate product status, site updates, and campaign plans to stakeholders.
Inventory & Pricing ManagementManage pricing, promotions, and markdowns in line with revenue goals.Track inventory and recommend sell-through strategies.Ensure discontinued products are archived promptly.
Trend & Market AwarenessStay up to date with fashion and e-commerce trends.Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark pricing and visuals.Monitor consumer interests to guide future merchandising strategies.
What we are looking for :
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field.3–5 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or retail merchandising (fashion/apparel preferred).Strong understanding of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret sales and traffic data to drive merchandising decisions.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brand sites and product calendars.Strong aesthetic and attention to detail, passionate about creating an elevated customer experience online.Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; comfortable with data analysis and reporting.Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
