"Job Summary: The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for driving Okhtein’s digital revenue through data-driven strategies across traffic generation, conversion optimization, and customer retention. This role leads performance marketing, digital analytics, UX optimization, and omnichannel campaign execution while aligning with Okhtein’s luxury positioning and brand values. Key Responsibilities & Tasks:1. Growth Strategy & ExecutionDesign and implement strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and average order value (AOV).Create and manage growth forecasts and KPIs. 2. Analytics & Performance MonitoringTrack KPIs such as AOV, ROI, ROAS and CRO. Use Google Analytics, Clarity, AI and other tools for actionable insights and forecast luxury customer behavior and personalize experiences.Run A/B testing to optimize user journeys and campaign performance.Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports to leadership. 3. Omnichannel Digital MarketingPlan and manage omnichannel campaigns across email, Meta/Google Ads, SEO, and social media.Oversee content strategy for news, videos, and product storytelling.Ensure alignment between online and in-store initiatives. 4. Website UX & Conversion Optimization Oversee and enhance the online shopping journey including navigation, checkout, and personalization.Collaborate with developers and designers to improve UX/UI.Incorporate VIP-only UX features (e.g., gated product collections, concierge chat).Optimize product listings for clarity, SEO, and engagement. 5. Customer Acquisition & RetentionImplement referral programs, strategic promotions, and partnerships.Strengthen loyalty via CRM segmentation, automation, and tailored communications (via Klaviyo or similar).Overview LTV (Lifetime Value), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and retention rate tool to be developed in CRM team.Leverage feedback and surveys to improve retention and satisfaction.Collaborate with Marketing and CRM to design tiered loyalty programs (e.g., silver/gold/platinum) with luxury privileges (private styling, early access). 6. Budget ManagementOwn the marketing and growth budget.Optimize spending to ensure efficient customer acquisition and high ROI, ROAS and CPO (Cost per Order).Oversee the Ecom PNL and ensure correct balance. 7. Trend Analysis & Competitive BenchmarkingMonitor competitors, industry trends, and emerging platforms.Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. 8. Stakeholder & Agency CollaborationAlign strategies with Product, Sales, Customer Service, Tech teams and other key stakeholders. Manage external agencies (Media Buying) 9. Leadership & Team ManagementLead and mentor a cross-functional team (e.g., Media buyer, UX designers, content creators and CRM performance) to execute growth initiatives aligned with Okhtein’s strategy.Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture by setting clear goals, providing feedback, and resolving conflicts.Conduct regular training sessions and regular reviews to improve the team on emerging tools (e.g., AI-driven analytics, luxury CRM strategies). Key Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Strategy, or related field.5+ years of experience in e-commerce, growth marketing, or digital strategy.Strong proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Excel, Hotjar, Clarity).Proven experience in performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat and Tik Tok), SEO, and content strategy.Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo.Experience with luxury, fashion, or premium brands is a plus.Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
