What you'll do:
You are responsible for expanding our Emma e-commerce business in the Mexico marketYou will continuously optimize our business and develop new initiatives to help fuel growthYou will conduct research to identify and lead business opportunities, growth areas, trends, services, and overall brand propositionYou will supervise and streamline both back-end and consumer-facing business operation platforms between the company and 3rd party suppliersYou will build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationshipsYou will identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcementsYou will screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financialsEnhance organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
What You'll Bring To Us
You have studied Business Administration/Marketing/Economics or any related university programAt least 5 years of experience on Marketing, Business Development, E-commerce (Startup exposure is a plus)Educational Background or Work Experience in LATAM marketsVery good English and Spanish communication skillsYou have strong analytical skills and learn quicklyYou like to take on responsibility and can work independentlyYou have drive, ambition and a genuine interest in how to grow business
