E-Commerce Manager is responsible for leading and driving the strategic growth of Longchamp Korea’s e-commerce business across owned and third-party platforms. This role involves developing and executing digital commerce strategies, optimizing omni-channel performance, and enhancing the customer experience in alignment with global and regional objectives.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES E-Commerce Strategy & PlanningDefine and implement the annual e-commerce strategy and roadmap aligned with brand and business goalsLead performance planning for all e-commerce channelsMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities Omni-channel Leadership: DTCLead the team to oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including campaign launches and execution, business performance analysis and review, order fulfillment, and customer serviceEnsure seamless integration between online and offline channels to deliver a unified customer experienceCollaborate with HQ and APAC teams to enhance platform functionalities and user experience Marketplace ManagementLead strategy and performance optimization across key marketplaces: SSG, Lotte On, The Hyundai, HmallManage agency relationships and ensure brand consistency across platformsAnalyze channel performance and implement data-driven improvements Digital Marketing & CampaignsTake ownership of SEO and SEM by leading agencies to generate quality traffic and ensure a strong return on investment for all campaigns and activitiesWork closely with the marketing team to lead digital campaigns and adapt local content for e-commerce conversion, including product launches, social media, and PR activities CRM & Customer experienceCollaborate with the CRM team to enhance member acquisition, retention, and loyaltyLeverage customer data to personalize experiences and increase repurchase rates Team & Stakeholder ManagementManage and mentor team membersFacilitate cross-functional collaboration with MD, Logistics, CS, Retail, and IT teamsReport regularly to senior management and the APAC team on performance and strategic initiatives
PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in business, retail management, marketing, or a related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in Omnichannel, E-Retail or E-CommerceProven experience in leading e-commerce strategies and operations in consumer goods (luxury, fashion, cosmetics, FMCG preferred), especially with Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channel managementStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsExcellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilitiesDeep understanding of digital customer behavior and e-commerce technologiesFluent in English with excellent communication skill"
