We’ve built a strong foundation supplying major national retailers — now we’re focused on accelerating online growth across gift, hardware, tech, and seasonal categories. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll own everything from strategy and performance marketing to site optimization and conversion.
What You’ll Do:💡 Manage and optimize our eCommerce site for performance and conversion📈 Lead paid media across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more — maximizing ROI and ROAS🛍️ Drive product presentation, merchandising, and launch strategies📊 Analyze trends and data to identify new growth opportunities🤝 Collaborate cross-functionally to bring new products and campaigns to life
