Marketing Director, Make Up For Ever

"This role is responsible for uplifting the awareness of the brand in the market and for ensuring that the unique brand DNA is communicated at all times across all touch points. Main Responsibility: Develop and implement marketing strategy and marketing programs for Make Up For Ever China aligned with Brand strategy and business goals. Work closely with HQ team to identify brand priorities /new initiatives /opportunities, and supervise superior execution quality Optimize Marketing expenses and maximize the efficiency of investment with integrated marketing resources allocation to fulfill the P&L target. Drive for the continuous improvement on brand image in every single element and truly implement the global standards on all executions. Closely liaison with internal and external customers to ensure the effectiveness operating system. Build a strong team to drive for results. Develop, coach and evaluate talents. Be visionary for future organization development. Profile Minimum 10 years marketing experience in luxury beauty, consumer goods, etc. Bachelor Degree and above Profile:  Sophisticated & mature leadership.  Agile & adapted with changes.  Good communication skill in English  Pragmatic, diligent, and aggressive goal pursuer.  Passionate, Innovative and Intelligent toward Beauty & related fields."
