Position Why We Hire We are seeking to add members who can contribute immediately to our business expansion, including the development and strengthening of AI-based products and SaaS businesses. We are seeking a candidate who can work in a venture-like environment within a large company like Rakuten, where they can collaborate to develop new businesses and potentially lead the team as a leader/manager. Position Details Working with the sales team, you will lead AI utilization proposal activities to clients. You will also hold weekly discussions with the tech team on development and planning topics, working closely with a team of approximately 15 people to advance projects in an agile manner. Major Duties Collaborate with sales members to deeply understand clients' business and marketing challenges and uncover their essential needs. Plan and promote AI utilization strategies to solve these challenges and create new value. Propose in-house AI products and solutions based on the strategy and drive results. Promote business improvements and create systems to expand sales and generate profits. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project progress.
