• Formal qualifications in Marketing, Communication or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Communications
• Broad knowledge of Marketing, Communication in Retail, Marketing creative and production process, Marketing Technology and media channels
• Good knowledge of operational plans and goals as well as follow up on KPIs
• Good knowledge of change management methods and tools as well as stakeholder management
• Strong creative writing and editing skills, together with a talent to create communication solutions
• Ability to deliver within scope of tasks and perform with quality and speed
• Ability to follow up on work done and capture learnings to improve
• Passionate about discovering new ways to engage with media and bring stories to life
• Ability to develop full 360 campaigns from scratch, agency briefing and creative assets evaluation

About the job:

About the assignment:
• Act as a member of the Marketing team and proactively contribute to marketing plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals
• Responsible for executing the consistency of messages, tone of voice and brand identity in marketing communication
• Responsible for effectively adapting global content locally
• Project lead local campaigns and content where necessary including creative briefing, creative review and production, managing budgets and timelines, agency management and campaign follow up
• Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact
• Contribute to the integrated multichannel executions/output of the function in order to contribute to the business goals
• Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the transformation of IKEA
• Support all initiatives within and outside commercial included in the agreed communication plan (e.g. promote home solar)

This position is a fixed-term contract – we’re looking for someone to jump in while a team member is on maternity leave.
