The Opportunity Reporting to the District Store Manager, the Store Manager, strategically manages and promotes sales culture within a Retail environment to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning and expense control. They guarantee consistently high customer experience within the Store per Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards. Your Daily Adventures You will create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment and culture by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for team members and guests.Build supportive, productive relationships with all team members, with a focus on personal and professional development.Collaborate with in-store team members to ensure an optimal customer experience that values customers’ time and supports store operations to achieve objectives.Support team members (e.g., by leading by example or providing coaching) to ensure an excellent guest experience, including assessing their needs, providing technical product education, and assisting with in-store transactions and omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online, pick up in-store, phone sales, and shipping options from the store).Address emerging issues, including guest escalations and urgent requests.Manage the store’s overall profit and loss (P&L) in alignment with goals (sales, budget, etc.)Responsible for budget management, labor hours, and annual sales plan objectives. Your Toolkit We require a minimum of 5 years of retail store management experience.You must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.You have strong communication skills and the ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
