What You'll Do
As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of store performance - leading a talented team, optimizing operations, and creating premium guest experiences that reflect Fjällräven's commitment to sustainability and adventure.
Lead a high-performing team: Recruit, coach, and develop staff while promoting accountability, inclusion, and resilienceDrive guest experience excellence: Model GUIDE service standards and ensure every visitor receives personalized, knowledgeable serviceManage operations: Create effective schedules, oversee timecards and compliance, and ensure safety, loss prevention, and SOP adherenceSteward the store's financial health: Manage expenses, analyze KPIs and P&Ls, and drive profitable business strategiesCultivate local community ties: Plan brand-right events, manage store marketing budgets, and build strong partnerships with local organizationsChampion sustainability: Embed waste-reduction and stewardship into store practices, and educate guests and team members on our Arctic Fox Initiative, Down Promise, and other core programsOwn the product experience: Collaborate on assortments, oversee visual merchandising, manage inventory lifecycle, and drive sales conversion through product knowledge
