We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Latrobe. In this role, you will: Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including stock management and merchandising Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong team engagement Help manage sales targets and store performance Contribute to the development of a safe, inclusive and efficient store environment Coach and support team members to foster a positive and productive workplace What you can bring to TRS: Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in a high-volume environment A hands-on and proactive approach to store operations Strong communication and problem-solving skills A collaborative leadership style focused on development and results A genuine passion for people and community What we offer: We’re committed to creating a workplace that works for you.
