Busselton is part of that journey, and we’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager help drive it forward.
In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager to lead the team, bring energy and purpose to every shift, and help create a store culture that puts people first. You’ll be actively involved in day-to-day operations, championing excellence across stock, standards and service, while helping build a team that’s ready to deliver great results and embrace what’s ahead.
What you’ll be doing:
Support the Store Manager to lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong team engagementTake a hands-on role in managing store operations, merchandising, and driving performance against sales targetsHelp create a safe, inclusive, and high-performing store environment where team members feel supported and empoweredCoach and develop team members, building capability and a positive, results-driven culture
What you bring:
Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentA proactive, hands-on approach to store operations and team supportStrong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skillsA collaborative leadership style focused on team development and operational excellenceA genuine passion for people, community, and delivering great customer experiences
