About the Role

With major store upgrades, a refreshed customer experience and plans to grow to 700 stores, we’re looking for leaders who are ready to step in and shape what’s next.
We’re searching for a Store Manager who’s hands-on, people-focused and energised by creating great retail experiences. If you’re ready to build a high-performing team and take ownership of a store that feels like your own, this could be the next step in your retail career.
As our Store Manager, you’ll steer the day-to-day operations of the store while setting the tone for your team. You’ll be the type of leader who leads from within — working alongside your team, coaching them, celebrating wins and ensuring customers feel valued every time they walk in.
You will:
Build a positive, high-energy team culture where everyone feels supported and encouraged
Work closely with your team on the floor, modelling service standards and a strong work ethic
Take ownership of sales performance and operational results
Ensure customers receive outstanding service every visit
Coach and grow your team into confident, capable retail leaders
Maintain a safe environment for both your team and customers
Handle daily challenges with confidence, clarity and calm thinking
What you’ll bring to the team
Leadership experience in retail or a customer-facing role
