As our Assistant Store Manager (ASM), you will be the right hand to the Store Manager, making sure the energy, service, and operations of our Bondi flagship stay on point every single day. You will set the pace on the sales floor, motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and keep the store running smoothly behind the scenes. When the Store Manager is away, you will step up and take charge, ensuring consistency and momentum never miss a beat.
