About the RoleMaternity Leave Cover - 12-month ContractAs the Ecomm & Marketing Administration Support role person you will assist with marketing coordination, content creation and the upkeep of our e-commerce. Working closely with our team and key stakeholders to provide support across all areas of eCommerce, marketing administration and ideally graphic design. You will maintain brand continuity, support campaign delivery and help ensure our digital presence runs seamlessly. This is a critical role within the department which will focus on supporting our online and digital presence, as well as the sustained growth of our wholesale business. Promoting consistent customer service that goes above and beyond, building a culture where customers and staff members are proud to be associated with Holiday Collective. This role will best suit a highly motivated and organised person, who displays excellent attention to detail and thrives in a friendly, fast pace working environment. You will need to prioritise workload based on the company’s needs and work autonomously but within a team and have a highly motivated work ethic. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and have intuitive problem solving skills. Responsibilities include: E-Comm• Upload products and data to all e-comm sites• Enrich products on shopify (using toolkit and images)• Merch websites product pages• Analysis daily order and archive any products out of stock• Respond to all social media messages and comments for all brands Wholesale• photoshoots images• Upload and resize images for each seasonal collection• Online Toolkits - add RRP and images• Upload images, product description to major key accounts via customer portal About YouThe successful candidate will come with solid experience in Ecomm & Marketing Administration preferably within fashion or retail across digital and traditional marketing channels. This role requires creativity, flexibility and a commitment to delivering high quality outcomes.
