2026 is set to be a huge year. Our store network is expanding, our customer experience is evolving, and we’re growing towards 700 stores. Behind the scenes, our Store Support Centre is laying the foundations for this transformation, and our Store Development team is right at the heart of it.
We’re looking for a Store Development Coordinator who’s ready to bring ideas to life. This role is all about supporting the design and delivery of new stores and conversions, using AutoCAD and collaborating with multiple teams to make sure every detail is right. This role is based in our Kensington Store Support Centre.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support the SVP – Store Design and Development and the wider team across all phases of store development.Use AutoCAD to create and update floor plans, evacuation plans, and store layouts.Assist with feasibility studies, schematic planning, and documentation for municipal approvals.Coordinate consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver store concepts.Maintain and update store databases, design standards, and documentation.Support space planning and merchandise layouts, including trial relays and range reviews.Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement of store design standards.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in retail design or store development, with an understanding of in-store environments and customer flow.Qualification in Interior Design, Industrial Design, or Architecture.Hands-on technical design experience using AutoCAD.Knowledge of building principles, compliance requirements, and retail operations.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office for design presentations and documentation.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
