With store conversions, a refreshed customer experience and plans to grow to 700 stores, we’re building strong teams now to lead the change. As part of that journey, we’re looking for a hands-on Bench Store Manager to support multiple stores across the Western Sydney region. In this role, you’ll step in where you’re needed most — leading teams, stabilising performance, and ensuring a seamless customer and team experience. You’ll bring energy, purpose and a people-first mindset to every store you support, helping set foundations for long-term success.
