We are looking for a VP of Growth to own our full revenue engine across acquisition, lifecycle, analytics, and growth creative. This leader will architect and scale a modern, high-velocity growth system that blends data, storytelling, experimentation, and brand alignment.
The VP of Growth will manage a team across paid media, CRO, and creative strategy. They will partner closely with Brand, CX, Finance, and Ops to drive predictable, profitable growth.
This is a hands-on, strategic, high-tempo role for someone who has scaled a DTC business at $200M+ and knows how to win through creative testing, disciplined analytics, and cross-functional leadership.
What You'll Own (responsibilities)
Leadership & Cross-Functional Ownership
Grow and lead a high-performing team, focused on acquisition, creative strategy, analytics and forecasting, and conversion optimizationPartner with Brand, CX, Product, Ops, and Finance to keep the company alignedCreate a growth operating system: weekly sprints, ideation, creative cycles, and data reviewsPresent growth strategy and results to the Executive Team and Board
Acquisition (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google)

Creative Strategy
