We are looking to hire a Store Manager to lead day-to-day retail operations, drive store performance, and create a strong customer experience. This role suits someone who is hands-on, data-driven, and passionate about delivering results through people and process. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth execution Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to meet sales and service targets Track and analyse sales KPIs to provide weekly insights and action plans Maintain store standards, stock management, and basic visual merchandising Work with marketing and operations teams for promotions, POSM, and traffic-driving initiatives Manage roster planning, staff performance, and store administration Handle escalations and ensure high service standards Optional scope{{:}} support events, in-store activations, or VM projects Requirements At least 1 year of retail experience Managerial or supervisory experience strongly preferred — ability to lead a team independently Analytical, data-driven, comfortable with numbers (sales tracking, KPI monitoring, daily/weekly reporting) Operationally strong - able to run store operations end-to-end with minimal supervision Driven and proactive - takes initiative, not reactive; able to spot problems early and close loops Experience in events, visual merchandising, or mall coordination is a plus, but not required Experience with POSM, store traffic drivers and promotions is a plus"
