Your responsibilities Onboarding and developing small partnersEnd to end management – Daily operations'Track MSL Be responsible for relevant content creation and deployment Forecast and maintain sufficient stock covers Minimize out-of-stock rate Create & maintain a reporting structure for all partners, to include sales and stock Be responsible to deliver revenue and profitably targets against each partner Create and execute brand, partner and ecom specific campaigns for these partners Test & learn with different promos Ensure sell in as well as sell out Distributor management B2B ecommerce Manage a team of 3 people to execute retailer ordering through Ecommerce The experience we're looking for Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree 2-3 years of relevant working experience preferably in an FMCG environmentBuild, and run regular campaign-specific reporting (daily, weekly, monthly); analyze performance data, make recommendations and deliver ad-hoc projects Strong drive for continuous improvement High level of creativity with strong influencing skills  Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating.
