Job Description
We are now looking for a proactive Store Manager to lead our friendly team!
In this role, you will start your journey with hands-on training at our JB Hi-Fi Albany store, then step into an exciting leadership role as Store Manager at our band-new Westfield Newmarket location, opening early 2026.
The successful candidate will be dedicated to the on-going development of their team, have the drive and ambition to meet and exceed sales targets and possess a strong understanding of all facets of retail management, while at the same time ensuring the highest possible standard of customer service.

JB Hi-Fi operates seven (7) days a week (in most areas) and flexibility with hours is essential.

The business was established in 1974 by Mr. John Barbuto (JB), trading from a single store in East Keilor, Victoria.
